ANNOUNCEMENT: DECLARATION OF Q1 DIVIDEND AND PRELIMINARY INTEREST PAYMENT

Notice is hereby given that the Quarter 1 dividend, being USD 0.0174 per Participation Share has been declared by the Board payable to shareholders recorded in the members’ register of the Company at 16h00 (Seychelles time) on Monday 13 May 2024.
The relevant dates for the payment of the dividend are as follows:
- Finalisation date Thursday, 9 May 2024;
- Record date / last day to trade cum-dividend Monday 13 May 2024;
- Payment date Wednesday 15 May 2024.
Shareholders are further advised that the directors of the Company have taken a decision to pay a preliminary interest amount of USD 4,341.17 to investors from pre-issue revenue which will be paid to shareholders who have invested for the period 1 January 2024 ending 31 March 2024.
The preliminary interest amount will be paid to investors on Wednesday 15 May 2024.
