The Directors would like to inform the market that the publication of the 2025 Annual Financial Results will be further delayed.
As per the announcement released on 17 February 2026, the Company will remain in a closed period and all affected persons are prohibited from dealing in the Company’s shares.
SOL anticipates that they will publish the annual financial results by 31 May 2026.
