The Company has repurchased shares off market in accordance with Section 1.4 in the Listing Particulars granting the directors authority, during the third quarter of each year, to buy-back the Company’s own shares off market up to a specified threshold (USD 1,000,000 in the first year). The repurchased shares will be cancelled.
