In terms of Section 5.11 of the SECDEX Listing Rules, the Company would like to inform all affected persons that it will be in a closed period for the trading of its shares with immediate effect until such time as the annual financial results for the year ended 31 December 2025 are published. The Company anticipates that the results will be released by no later than 31 March 2026.

During this period, all affected persons are prohibited from dealing in the Company’s shares, as it could be implied that they may be aware of unpublished price-sensitive information. Unpublished price-sensitive information is information affecting a company which if released is likely to materially affect the company’s share price.

The Company would like to advise “Affected Persons” that the closed period has been lifted.
